What is REx?
REx is the AI agent built into ReferralCandy. It reads your store, sets up your programs in one chat, and runs them with you.
What does REx do on its own, and what needs my OK?
REx reads your store and answers questions on its own. Changes to your program wait for you: it sets rewards and copy only after you approve, and only you can activate, pause or stop a campaign. ReferralCandy still runs the everyday work, like sending emails, checking for fraud and confirming rewards. Need a person? Ask in the chat.
Referral vs affiliate: do I need both?
Many brands start with one. Referral turns your customers into advocates who share with friends. Affiliate is for creators and partners who promote you for a commission. REx runs both from one place when you’re ready.
How do you stop fraud?
ReferralCandy checks referrals for self-referrals, unusual volume and other suspicious patterns before rewards go out.
What does it cost?
